EP06 FAMOUS JAMES

“Famous” James Kirkham, co founder of Race Service and Donut media, takes us back to the roots of his passion for racing and the car culture.

“Fake it until you make it” is a phrase James learned as a young intern in the music industry. This term stuck with him and as he got older and throughout his careers, he found became his motto. After his internship, James realized he was able to be successful selling high end real estate. He did that until he found it was just prolonging his true desires of racing.  Thats when he took a leap of faith and dove head first into his passion for motorsports.

Donut Media and Race service was born to answer the question of “why dont kids these days care about cars?” By creating digital content masterpieces that speak to todays millennials, Donut Media became one of the fastest growing automotive media companies in its space. From that, Race Service evolved growing and elevating the taste and style for the automotive / race culture. RS brings a more physical experience to the car culture with their coffee shop, apparel business, special events, etc.
